Hi Coney lovers! I think it is time that we let all of you know a
little more about what we are doing here at cheeseconey.com and why. Cheeseconey.com is a
place for people all over the world to gather and discuss the famous
staple, Cincinnati chili. In gathering research for this site, it has become clear that people are talking about our special chili. We’ve gathered pages of recipes, blogs,
articles and videos for you to look through and wonder at the phenomenon
behind this delectable dish. Cheeseconey.com aims to be the worldwide hub for
all that is Cincinnati chili. This is the ONE spot you can come to learn
about all aspects of our beloved chili. Whether you’ve lived in
Cincy all of your life, have a wacky friend from Cincinnati who dares you
to have a 3 Way, or you are just curious; you will find what you are
looking for here.

Coney College is a group for all you who have worked in a Cincy chili
parlor, it’s a place where you can go to discuss and rant or rave about your experiences or just tell your story. Where
have those experiences taken you? What are you doing now?

Cheeseconey.com is not only a social network for chili lovers, it is a
place where you can learn to make pork chops, burgers and frito pie

We here at cheeseconey.com live in Cincinnati and are devoted to bringing you the
