I love Cincinnati Chili. It's a unique and historical part of Greater Cincinnati culture and cuisine. People here who love it make it a life ritual to introduce others to the taste. This is a good place to share those stories...
About Me:
I grew up on the West AND East sides of Cincinnati. First in Bridgetown and Western Hills, then out east in Williamsburg (Clermont County) at the age of 14. The first franchise restaurant in Afton (the little town I lived in outside the nearly as small Williamsburg) was a Gold Star, which comforted me and made it seem that Western Hills wasn't quite so far away any more...
