Because we love Cincinnati Chili, in all its forms... And not just the chili and coneys and all that, but the very culture of Cincinnati Chili!
Think about what an interesting phenomenon it is:

It's not ok for a visitor to come to town and NOT try a 3-way, 4-way, 5-way, cheese coney, etc. if the people being visited here are the typical raving fans of the stuff. It's an initiation, a rite of passage, a CULTural ritual that calls for a taste test and a testimonial of love hate or indifference after the first or second taste.
That's why we're here:
To help document and celebrate the obsession and the reactions of all those who care to share their own unique stories, good, bad or curious.
