We have all eaten at our local chili parlors, but how many of us have prepared, served and cleaned them? I know that this was one of the best experiences that I had as an employee of a restaurant, how about you?

Yum... Just got back from a late lunch at the Skyline on Plainfield Road, by the intersection of Plainfield and Hunt. Their coney bowl is served up in a small bowl with 3 dogs, onions & mustard (if you want), chili and about a pound of shredded chee…
This is so cool. I am guessing you didn't win because we didn't hear all about it but you know, you got some fantastic sounding eats so I think you still came out ahead!
